Wicker Park | Rotten Tomatoes (1) Jami Bernard New York Daily News The four main characters are all odd, sad and lonely. No wonder they don't call each other on their cells to straighten things out -- they're all too depressed to dial. Rated: 1/5 Mar 18, 2014 Full Review Wicker Park | Rotten Tomatoes (2) Christy Lemire Associated Press Wicker Park is one of those maddening movies in which the characters do incredibly stupid things simply for the sake of plot contrivance, and everyone's problems would be solved if they simply picked up their cell phones. Mar 18, 2014 Full Review Wicker Park | Rotten Tomatoes (3) Peter Bradshaw Guardian A quite extraordinarily boring psychological drama of obsession, impersonation and mistaken identity. Rated: 1/5 Mar 18, 2014 Full Review Wicker Park | Rotten Tomatoes (4) Jon Fortgang Film4 Both bland and slightly daft. Mar 18, 2014 Full Review Wicker Park | Rotten Tomatoes (5) Total Film Tortuously twisting in on itself, Wicker Park keeps you guessing as it keeps its central pair apart. But it's scuppered by a plodding obviousness that's underlined by a sledgehammer soundtrack. Rated: 2/5 Mar 18, 2014 Full Review Wicker Park | Rotten Tomatoes (6) Brian Pendreigh Radio Times Convoluted though this plot may seem, at least the inventive visuals from Gangster No 1 director Paul McGuigan keep you engrossed. Iamwhoi M It's not unwatchable; but it's closer to that than enjoyable. It's just so contrived & convoluted, the story itself is dopey. It feels kind of like a Lifetime movie. Rated 2.5/5 Stars • Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 09/14/24 Full Review Dennis D I loved this movie! Different -- but I love Josh Harnett -- and Diane Kruger-- Check it out -- I think you'll like it! Rated 4/5 Stars • Rated 4 out of 5 stars 07/12/24 Full Review Lee F I never heard of this movie, just happened to stumble upon it while channel surfing. Wow, it was great! Rated 5/5 Stars • Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/12/24 Full Review Sean M Wow! Just watched this for the first time. Story has so many layers and all unfolded really well. Acting was great. And wow that ending, perfect emotion and song to go along with it. Don’t listen to the arrogant and pompous critics lol Rated 4.5/5 Stars • Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 04/23/24 Full Review Spencer P The narrative isn't flawless and the acting is so-so, plus there are spots where it's obviously adapted from an older movie with 2000's editing tricks thrown in, but Wicker Park is a romantic thriller with many surprising twists that nonetheless engage until the end. Rated 2.5/5 Stars • Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/17/24 Full Review Eddie A This film had my wife and I on the edge of our sits freaking out over all the plot twist and hidden clues leading towards the end and the ending was just perfect would recommend this film. And the soundtrack was so good. Rated 5/5 Stars • Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/24/23 Full Review Read all reviews
