I recently bought an Acer nitro 5 an515-57 with an i5 11400H and RTX 3060 with 16gb ram and when I try and play games like cyberpunk 2077 my gpu usage will be low (around 30-40%) and I cannot get it to go over 60fps in the city at all no matter how low I turn down the settings.
